I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday.  Every time I see my dentist she tells me about her mother who is also called Gabrielle.

Anyway, the actual extraction wasn't too bad. I've heard of people having teeth pulled where the Dentist has ended up with his knee on their chest, their head thrashing from side to side. The dentist is quite a petite woman and I was worried that she wouldn't be strong enough to pull the tooth out but luckily it came out quite easily. It was less unpleasant than having a filling it but it bled like mad and I'm munching paracetamol for the pain.
And I agreed to go back next week for a filling and paid for the privilege

This is Ian, Andrey and I at Malin Head in Donegal,
We had a fantastic day.
I'm inclined to agree with Cyril Cusack who when asked where his favourite place in the world was answered anywhere in Ireland on a sunny day. We had 3 sunny days in Donegal and we saw some beautiful sights.

First post

I've wanted to start a blog for ages now and finally I have done it.
